Violet Evergarden

 Overview:

After four arduous years of fighting, the Great War eventually came to an end; split in two, the continent of Telesis gradually started to recover. Violet Evergarden, a young girl reared with the express intent of destroying enemy lines, was caught up in the carnage. After being hospitalized and severely injured in a violent battle in the last phase of the War, all that remained for her were words from the person she loved the most, but she had no idea what they meant. After healing from her injuries, Violet breaks off her relationship with her new intended guardian family and begins a new career at CH Postal Services. She coincidentally observes there the operation of a "Auto Memory Doll," amanuenses who put people's sentiments and thoughts onto writing. Inspired by the idea, Violet starts working as an Auto Memory Doll, a career that will ideally lead to self-discovery and take her on an expedition that will change her clients' life.
