Overview:

The story of Fena Houtman, a young orphan girl, is told throughout the series. Raised on an island, Fena has no chance of achieving any kind of life other than that of chattel, to be used and abandoned by British Empire soldiers. But Fena is not your average helpless orphan. When her shadowy past comes calling, Fena will free herself from the oppressors' grip. Her objectives are to create a new identity, break free from servitude, look for a location where she can genuinely fit in, and discover the real meaning behind the term "Eden." It tells the tale of the once-in-a-lifetime journey she will take with her group of eccentric friends and odd allies to achieve her objectives!
