 Overview:

Operation Strix moves on to the second phase with Anya Forger enrolled at the esteemed Eden Academy. Anya needs to either become an Imperial Scholar by collecting eight Stella Stars or befriend Damian, the son of Ostanian politician Donovan Desmond, in order to study him. Thankfully, Anya already has her first star. In honor of the occasion, Loid, her adoptive father, decides to grant her dream to get a dog. While conducting their dog hunt, Loid gets new instructions from his superiors. They have discovered that a group of students from Berlint University is preparing to use bombs worn by trained dogs to kill Minister Brantz of Westalis. As Loid attempts to thwart their intentions,Anya discovers the terrorists' operational base by accident. She becomes friends with a clairvoyant, good-hearted dog there, whom the family subsequently calls Bond. Despite the Forgers' continued private lives, the family—which now includes a new fluffy addition—continues to stick together despite all of the strange challenges they face.
